Refund Policy

You can cancel your order before the product has been shipped by contacting us. The entire payment amount will be refunded, and a confirmation will be shared with you within 1-2 business days. However, once the item has been shipped and is with our carrier partner, the order can no longer be cancelled. You will have to do a return to receive a full refund.

Return Policy

If you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!

We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method, including shipping fee.  

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Return request is made outside the specified time frame
• Product is damaged because of use or Product is not in the same condition as you received it
• Returned items have visible signs of use, wear and tear
• The order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing an incorrect shipping address)
• The order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

 

Exchange Policy

If you are unhappy with the item you received, we will be more than happy to exchange an item for the same item, and if not available, a different item of same or higher value.
